UPDATE:  We have moved our first deposit date to October 1st, 2016.  The information below has now been changed to reflect the new due dates.  Notice that a new form is now available (band students only).  This slip is used to reserve your fundraising funds from the previous school year.  Have this in to the band office no later than September 1st (not for vocal students).  The Disney First Form and deposit is due by October 1st.

    1. How many does a "family" room accommodate?

    2. I am pretty sure that's up to you, but I believe they say five. If you have four guests and one small child, you would be cramped. I think they may have a cot of some sort they provide. The room are not large. Two queen beds are in the room already.

  3. Is the 1 single family room $450 each day or $450 for the entire 3 days?

    1. Definitely three days. It's 150 a day. The same rate should apply if you wanted to extend.

  4. I keep trying to join the Bolivar Bands Group Discussion page but it will not let me as there is no place to "Submit" or "Enter." Anyway, the question is that we are hoping to make payments through the school website for the Disney trip. Is that set up for it? Thanks, Julie Trout
